The DataCentre offers the following utilities to its occupiers

• Electrical supplies from local dedicated Primary sub station
• Each tenant directly metered from Utility @ 11kV level
• Two diversely located Fibre Intake Rooms and four Distribution Rooms
• Multiple major telecom carriers with access to multiple exchanges including:

- BT Openreach
- Virgin
- Zayo
